癫痫的外科治疗(附14例报告)

摘要：

报告癫痫灶切除术14例。婴儿性偏瘫3例行大脑半球切除,局灶性癫痫11例分别行颞、额叶及顶颞、顶枕颞部病灶切除,前者均治愈,后者除1例无效外,近期疗效满意,14例均无明显并发症。认为选择病例及手术定位的正确是成功的关键,主张在不损伤重要功能区的前提下完全切除癫痫灶。
