绝经后血脂与骨密度关系的研究

摘要：

目的探讨健康绝经后妇女血脂与骨密度(BMD)的关系。方法选择2002-2006年中国医科大学附属盛京医院体检的健康自然绝经妇女60例,使用美国Norland XR-36双能X线骨密度仪测定第二腰椎(L2)、第三腰椎(L3)、第四腰椎(L4)、第二腰椎至第四腰椎(L2L4)、股骨近端股骨颈(Neck)、粗隆(Troch)、Ward三角BMD。测定血清三酰甘油(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。然后进行统计分析。结果HDL-C与腰椎(P<0.01)及股骨近端(P<0.05)BMD呈显著负相关,特别是腰椎和股骨近端Troch部位,在去除年龄和体重指数的影响后仍具有显著的相关性。结论绝经后妇女BMD与HDL-C呈负相关。
