知识转移研究演进脉络梳理及前沿热点探析——基于引文分析和共词分析

摘要：

以19942015年WOS引文数据库下知识转移相关文献为数据基础,运用Cite Spsce III对数据进行可视化分析。研究发现:知识转移可归纳为五类研究视角;三条研究基本路径;分析得到知识转移的研究前沿——知识转移与创新的内在联系;运用复杂网络方法研究知识转移问题。研究热点集中体现在:创新、并购中的知识转移、项目型组织的知识转移等。
