摘要：

在经济全球化背景下研发外包对企业有效利用外部资源、提高创新效率具有重要意义。以霍尼韦尔中国公司的研发外包活动为对象,运用归纳性案例研究方法,揭示企业研发外包活动的过程及每个阶段内知识泄露的风险,归纳出企业内外部治理机制的主要因素,并形成理论模型,为企业有效开展研发外包活动、避免知识泄露提供参考依据。
