摘要：

在世界胃肠病组织(WGO)的倡导下,加拿大胃肠病学专家Bernstein等召集11个国家20名学者于2009年起草了全球炎症性肠病(IBD)实践指南,在回顾全球IBD发病情况之后,对疾病的诊断、评估和治疗做了全面介绍,提出分级诊断治疗方案,以便全球医疗资源不同的国家和地区酌情采用。
