摘要：

<正> 骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种最常见的风湿性疾病,其基本病理改变为多种致病因素引起的进行性关节软骨变性、破坏及丧失,关节软骨及软骨下骨边缘骨赘形成,常伴有继发性滑膜炎,由此引起关节疼痛、僵硬、肿大、畸形及功能障碍,其中关节疼痛为最突出的症状。OA疼痛为慢性痛,常持续3～6个月,初期疼痛昼轻夜重,随着病情的进展,疼痛呈轻度至中度间歇性疼痛,最后发展成为持续性疼痛。OA疼
