摘要：

2013版严重全身性感染和感染性休克指南(SCC指南)继续强化"早期目标治疗"的核心理念,并修订了集束化治疗策略(Bundle);在抗菌药物使用、液体复苏、急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)和肠内营养等关键环节有较大的调整。尽管如此,新指南中推荐意见的整体水平仍有待提高,且有前途的新疗法纳入不足。总之,要根据具体情况把握原则,辩证应用,并尽最大可能形成自己的新措施和新见解。
