食品新鲜度指示型智能包装的研究与应用

摘要：
食品新鲜度指示型智能包装能主动"判断"和"指示"食品新鲜度,以帮助消费者购买到新鲜的食品。在介绍新鲜度指示型智能包装原理的基础上,详细阐述了微生物敏感型智能包装、二氧化碳敏感型智能包装、挥发性含氮化合物敏感型智能包装、硫化氢敏感型智能包装以及乙烯敏感型智能包装的研究现状及其在食品包装方面的应用,并对新鲜度指示型智能包装的发展方向进行了展望。
