摘要：

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种多起因、异质性的女性内分泌系统疾病,影响患者生殖及代谢,并发心血管病及精神心理问题风险增高。生活方式干预疗法能够减轻月经紊乱、多毛痤疮等症状并有利于治疗不孕,延缓远期代谢综合征的发生,改善生活质量。因而成为PCOS患者尤其合并肥胖者重要的一线治疗方案。
