异丙酚是一种新合成的静脉麻醉药,具有起效迅速,作用短,清醒快,易于控制和副作用少等优点,应用逐渐广泛。但异丙酚对心血管系统的影响令人关注,其在心脏手术麻醉中的应用有待探讨。
