摘要：

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期妇女常见的生殖内分泌疾病,其病因及发病机制复杂,尽管提出了很多假说,但其确切的发病机制仍不十分清楚。近年研究显示,肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)与该病关系密切,其参与胰岛素抵抗、高雄激素血症、肥胖、排卵障碍以及黄体功能不全等多个方面。就TNF-α在PCOS代谢异常中的作用及对卵巢功能的影响做文献综述。
