国外人口普查质量评估方法综述

摘要：

所有进行人口普查的国家都关心普查数据的质量及其覆盖误差。人口学家和统计学家创立了评估普查数据质量和估计普查遗漏的方法。其中有些方法利用独立于普查本身的信息,另外一些方法则使用普查信息。如果各国普查模式和行政记录数据质量存在差异,就没有适合于所有国家的评估方法。本文概述了美国、南非和加拿大使用的方法。无论哪种评估方法都有其优势与劣势,以及既定的适用范围和必备的条件。
