神经生长因子与血管形成的研究进展

摘要
神经生长因子(nervegrowthfactor,NGF)对神经系统发育、维持神经元存活和神经损伤后的修复均有重要作用,可近年来研究发现NGF还具有促进各类组织血管形成的作用。本文对NGF促进血管形成的作用特点及作用机制进行了综述。
