噬菌体治疗细菌感染的研究

摘要
噬菌体用于抗菌治疗和预防细菌感染已有很长的历史。但是许多因素阻碍噬菌体治疗的研究和发展 ,尤其是抗生素的出现之后 ,人们忽略了对噬菌体治疗的正确认识。近来 ,对噬菌体的动物实验研究以及对噬菌体生物特性的了解表明噬菌体在一定条件下可用作抗菌药。随着分子生物学的不断发展 ,人们对噬菌体的宿主谱和裂解方式等方面进行了改造 ,并获得了许多令人振奋的结果 ,这为开发新型抗菌药物提供了一种新的途径
