摘要：

目的　研究经阴道超声在输卵管妊娠诊断中的价值。方法　回顾性总结了 5 4例临床确诊的输卵管妊娠患者的经阴道超声表现和血 β 绒毛膜促性腺激素 ( β HCG)水平。结果　经阴道超声对输卵管妊娠的直接表现诊断阳性率为 96 .3%;输卵管妊娠直接声像图表现为环状回声和非特异性包块两种形式 ;声像图表现与血β HCG 水平不相关。结论　经阴道超声对输卵管妊娠的诊断价值较高。
