鼻息肉 ( nasal polyps,NP)是耳鼻咽喉科的常见多发病 ,其发病机理至今仍不清楚。多年来认为与变态反应 ( allergic reaction,AR)及感染关系密切。近年研究发现多种细胞因子如 IL- 1,IL- 3,IL- 5,GM- CSF,IL- 4 ,IL-6,IL- 8,TGFα、β1,IGF1,IFN,PAF等均在 NP中存在并在其发生中起重要作用。本文就 NP的病因研究概况及细胞因子在其发生过程中的作用与机制作一综述。
