社区主导的古村落遗产旅游发展模式研究——以北京市门头沟爨底下古村为例

本文在回顾整理国外文化遗产旅游理论和遗产旅游特征的基础上,以京西古村爨底下村为例,提出了古村落文化遗产旅游发展的社区主导开发(CBD:Community-Based Development)模式,分别对爨底下村的经营、管理、盈利、营销和开发模式进行理论和实践探讨,并分析古村落遗产旅游的现存问题,提出有针对性的对策建议。
