髓样分化因子88的研究进展:把握TLR信号通路中的瓶颈

摘要
目的总结髓样分化因子88(myeloid differentiation factor 88,MyD88)在Toll样受体(toll like receptor,TLR)信号通路中的作用、MyD88与相关疾病的关系及其潜在的应用价值。方法收集近年来国内外有关MyD88在TLR信号通路中的作用及其与相关疾病关系的文献并作综述。结果 MyD88是一种重要的接头蛋白,在TLR信号通路中处于节点位置,起到承上启下的作用,是通路中的"瓶颈"。其传导的信号可导致下游多种转录因子的激活,从而启动先天性免疫反应,并且其与多种疾病的发生均有关。结论 MyD88是TLR信号通路的核心接头蛋白,在先天性免疫、获得性免疫和多种疾病的发生中均起着重要作用,是一个潜在的临床疾病的治疗靶点。
