随着h指数广泛应用于科研工作者的评价,它没有考虑合著者的缺陷也暴露出来,这影响了h指数作为评价指标的公正性。本文介绍了几种常用的考虑合著者的h指数的修正方法,并分析了各个方法的优缺点。
