卡维地洛对轻、中度慢性心力衰竭患者左房容积指数及预后的影响

摘要：

目的探讨卡维地洛对左房容积指数(LAVi)及慢性心力衰竭(心衰)患者预后的影响。方法选择轻、中度慢性心衰患者53例,随机分为卡维地洛组25例与对照组28例。观察LAVi水平及预后,终点事件为心源性死亡、心衰再住院。结果(1)卡维地洛组第3个月、第6个月LAVi水平分别为(37±9.8)mL/m2(、33±13.7)mL/m2,较服药前(42±11.7)mL/m2降低(P<0.05),第6个月LAVi水平明显低于同期对照组(P<0.05);(2)随访(12±4)个月,卡维地洛组3例达到终点事件,对照组7例达到终点事件,卡维地洛组预后好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在轻、中度慢性心衰患者中,卡维地洛加入标准治疗后可以降低LAVi水平,并改善患者预后。
