原子化未来:技术变迁对报纸编辑室文化的重塑

文章全面梳理已有文献,阐释报纸新闻编辑室文化的三种主流话语:世俗性、认知秩序、个人主义,并结合在英国和瑞士两家地区报纸展开的深度访谈,对前沿传播技术冲击下的报纸新闻专业文化的转型和变迁过程进行深入探讨。研究发现,编辑室内的技术变迁重塑了报纸新闻从业者的专业想象和认同,曾经"有机"的报纸新闻专业文化正不断转型为一种原子化、程式化的新型文化。报纸新闻从业者的文化精英认同(即认知秩序话语)仍然有着牢固的心理基础,这一点有可能成为未来报纸新闻业在数字信息丛林中得以延续乃至获得重生的关键所在。
