安徽南漪湖浮游动物的物种多样性研究

In order to protect fishery resources and provide scientific basis for development, the preliminary research on zooplankton of Nanyi Lake in Anhui was made. The investigation of zooplankton had been carried out from July 2003 to April 2004. Water samples in each season were collected except winter because the lake dried up. 89 species of zooplankton were found, including 34 species of Protozoa(38.20%); 37 species of Rotifera(41.576%); 15 species of Cladocera(16.85%);3 species of Copepoda and hold(3.37%). The advantage species were Difflugia, Polyarthra trigla, Keratella cochlearis, Bosinina longirostris and Cyclops differing with the season. The highest biomass emerge in summer because of the large amount of Cladocera.The highest density took place in spring, 2004 as the result of the large number of Protozoa.
