水力不确定性及其在防洪泄洪系统风险分析中的影响

摘要
本文系统地研究了水力不确定性在风险分析中的作用.结果表明,水文风险仍然是防洪泄洪系统全面风险的主要控制因素,但仅仅考虑水文风险,会低估防洪泄洪系统的全面风险;水力不确定模型的影响主要取决于其变差系数;一般情况下,全概率法是风险计算的一种可靠而简单的方法.
