尼莫地平在急性脑梗死治疗中的疗效分析

摘要：

目的观察尼莫地平在急性脑梗死治疗中的治疗效果。方法将240例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组120例予以传统方法治疗,治疗组120例在传统治疗的基础上加用尼莫地平120 mg口服治疗,观察尼莫地平对神经功能缺损的影响。结果经尼莫地平治疗6个月后,治疗组的神经功能缺损改善极显著(P<0.01)。结论尼莫地平治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著。
