AFP-mRNA作为血中肝癌细胞的标志缺乏特异性

摘要：

目的　评价甲胎蛋白信使RNA(AFP mRNA)作为外周血中肝癌细胞的标志是否具有特异性。方法　抽取 6 4份分别来自肝癌、肝炎肝硬化、健康人的外周血标本 ,提取血中有核细胞成分的总RNA ,以AFP特异性引物进行巢式逆转录多聚酶链式反应 (nestedRT PCR)扩增 ,检测血中有核细胞中AFP mRNA的表达情况。结果　肝癌、肝炎肝硬化、健康人 3组外周血中AFP mRNA表达率分别为 6 0 % (18/ 30 )、5 0 % (10 / 2 0 )、5 0 % (7/ 14)。表达率 3组间无显著差异。结论　AFP mRNA不是血液中肝癌细胞的特异性标志。
