摘要：

COPD以不完全可逆的气流受限为特征,与气道炎症和气道重塑密切相关,TGF-β/Smads信号通路作为多功能性信号通路,在COPD的发生及进展中起着重要作用,本文就TGF-β/Smads信号通路在COPD中的研究进展进行综述。
