摘要：
Intherecenttwoyears,therehaveappearedinChinaalotoffarmers'specializedeconomi ccooperativeorganizations,whichshowanewapproachtotherealizationofagriculturalmoderniza tionundermarketeconomy.Someoftheseorganizationshaveevolvedfromtownshipagro -industri al-commercialcomplexes,somefromtherestructureofenterprisesunderthejoint -stock -cooper ativesystem,whileotherorganizationshavebeeninitiatedbypeasantsthemselves.Althoughthese organizationsarefledgeless,withoutperfectrulesandregulationsandnotinconformity withstan dards,theyhavedemonstratedindomitablevitalityandessentialadaptabilithinthemarketeconomy. Thisarticleattempts -withanintroductionofsomecasesofeconomiccooperativeorganizationsin ShunyiDistrictsituatedinBeijingsuburbs -abriefanalysisofthecharacteristicsoftheirsystem,and ofthehistoricalbackgroundagainstwhichtheycameintobeing,andtriestomakesomeexplorations intheory.
