全身热疗对机体抗肿瘤免疫的影响

摘要：

热疗已经成为继手术、放疗、化疗和生物治疗之后又一重要的肿瘤治疗手段。全身热疗(WBH)的治疗机制目前还不完全清楚,但其治疗效果已被假设归因于免疫系统的激活。热疗效果不仅在于高热直接杀死肿瘤细胞,机体免疫状态的激活也对消灭肿瘤细胞起着重要作用。
