2006-2010年华西医院鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药趋势分析

摘要：

目的了解临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性变迁,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用全自动微生物分析系统对分离出的6719株鲍曼不动杆菌进行药敏试验,收集数据统计分析。结果 ICU分离出的1611株鲍曼不动杆菌对14种常见抗菌药物的耐药率从2006-2010年呈逐年升高的趋势(P<0.05),非ICU科室分离出的5108株对10种常见抗菌药物的耐药率呈逐年升高的趋势(P<0.05),ICU和非ICU分离株对14种常见抗菌药物的5年总体耐药率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论加强抗生素的合理使用和规范管理是控制耐药率不断升高的有效手段。
