摘要：

<正>2014年中国脑卒中大会公布的数据[1]显示,近20多年来,我国脑卒中患病率每年以8.7%速度增加,其中缺血性脑卒中约占78%。研究[2]指出,在全球范围内,我国脑卒中的发病率非常严重。与美国相比,我国脑卒中患者更显年轻化,平均住院年龄差距高达10岁。2011～2012年的脑卒中高危人群筛查和干预项目的数据显示,我国40岁以上人群脑卒中前6位危险因素是:吸烟、血脂异常、高血压、明显超重或肥
