摘要
根据作者在整体,离体肺及肺动脉内皮细胞三个不同层次的肺损伤模型实验结果,论证来自肺血管内皮细胞的氧自由基是实验性肺损伤的原发机制,具有重要作用。临床方面也积累了不少这方面的证据。据此,临床防治ARDS可考虑应用别嘌吟醇。
