<正>近年来,随着欧洲一体化的不断深入以及欧盟对外战略扩张的逐步展开,欧盟日益重视联合国在国际事务中的影响与作用,不断加大对联合国事务的参与力度。在各成员国的共同努力下,欧盟在联合国许多重要领域中的集体影响力显著增强。欧盟决心成为“国际机制的主要照管者”和“多边主义的先行者”。随着欧盟的壮大及其“有效的多边主义”的深入发展,欧盟在联合国的地位和作用将愈益增强。
