中国人群9号染色体10个STR基因座的遗传多态性及其在法医学中的应用

摘要：

目的　了解 9号染色体 10个 STR基因座在中国汉族群体的遗传多态性及其法医学应用价值。方法　无血缘关系的 83份个体样本采自甘肃省白银地区汉族群体。 18个无关汉族家系共 131份血样采自同一地区。PCR扩增 9号染色体 10个 STR基因座。PCR产物由非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析。结果　 10个 STR基因座在中国汉族群体均具有遗传多态性。家系调查结果表明 ,10个 STR基因座在世代传递中遵循孟德尔常染色体共显性遗传规律。结论　为人类群体遗传研究提供了 9号染色体 10个 STR基因座的中国汉族群体数据。
