摘要：

<正>心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)是各种严重心脏疾病终末阶段的临床综合征,其致残率及病死率高,生存率低,且近年来发病率和患者病率呈上升趋势。HF患者常伴有不同程度的营养不良,而营养不良是HF加重的重要原因之一,且增加HF的发病率和病死率。研究[1]发现,在HF患者中良好的饮食行为可以干预改善病理过程,从而促进临床康复、提高患者生活质量和降低远期病死率。我国在HF饮食方面
