摘要
在所有的动物抑郁模型中,强迫游泳(FST)动物模型是筛选抗抑郁药物最有效的工具之一。本文参考了大量相关文献,概述了FST的影响因素、存在的问题及相对做出的改进。期望为以后的抗抑郁药物研究做出参考。
