In the 1990s against the background of strikingly recessive economy,gradually falling international competitive power, Japanese government had carried out the economic structure adjusdment which extended siumltaneous-ly among the goverment and enterprises and mainly concentrated on the regime reform, foreign investment's expansion, enterprising merger, etc.The author states the enlightment that the re form has to our country.
