摘要：

云计算为图书馆提供了更好的信息服务平台,受到了图书情报领域的极大重视。图书馆使用云服务已有了初步的应用,包括租用各种IaaS、PaaS和SaaS。但图书馆在选择云服务时必然要考虑成本和效益的问题。图书馆必须要在多个提供商云服务的性能和价格中权衡,以实现云服务的低成本、高效益的目标。
