年龄和性别因素对缺血性脑卒中的影响研究进展

摘要
缺血性脑卒中患者中年龄和性别因素对缺血性脑卒中的预后有着深远影响。衰老加重缺血性脑卒中患者的预后。缺血性卒中患者在幼年及大于30岁人群中男性占多数。脑卒中事件中"雄性易患"现象可能与卵巢激素的保护作用有关。性别和与之有关的性激素对脑卒中的预后有重要影响。我们将讨论缺血性脑卒中的年龄和性别差异,为临床制定更有效的诊断方法和治疗措施提供帮助。
