摘要：

当前艾滋病的治疗为高效抗逆转录病毒疗法,使用的药物主要为逆转录酶抑制剂和蛋白酶抑制剂,但效果并不十分令人满意。HIV进入抑制剂通过阻止HIV进入靶细胞抑制病毒感染,是抗HIV新药研究中最活跃的领域之一。由于天然产物具有来源广泛、结构多样、有效和低毒等特点,使天然来源HIV进入抑制剂成为近年来研究和开发新型抗HIV药物的热点。对近年来天然来源HIV进入抑制剂的研究进行综述。
