脉冲射频对大鼠坐骨神经病理性疼痛的治疗作用

摘要
目的:观察脉冲射频(pulsed radiofrequency,PRF)对大鼠坐骨神经慢性缩窄损伤(chronic cons-triction injury,CCI)后行为学的影响,探讨脉冲射频的镇痛作用。方法:雄性SD大鼠18只,随机分为3组(每组6只):正常对照组(Control组),模型组(CCI组),脉冲射频治疗组(CCI+PRF组)。测定大鼠治疗前后不同时间点机械缩足反射阈值(mechanical withdrawal threshold,MWT)。结果:模型组及脉冲射频治疗组治疗前MWT比较无显著差异(P>0.05),两组MWT均较正常对照组明显降低(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,脉冲射频治疗组于脉冲射频术后8、10、12及14天MWT显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:脉冲射频能明显减轻慢性坐骨神经缩窄大鼠的机械性超敏,对神经病理性痛具有明确的镇痛作用。
