盆底表面肌电生物反馈在出口梗阻性便秘诊治中的应用

<正>慢性便秘是临床常见病症之一,据统计其发病率为12%～27%,美国每年在泻药方面的花费高达4亿美元左右。对我国北京地区人群的调查研究结果显示,慢性便秘的发病率约为6.07%,60岁以上人群便秘的发病率高达11.5%。便秘给患者生活质量造成严重影响,导致其社会功能下降、缺乏自信及产生抑郁情绪等。
