摘要
呼吸肌无力在危重患者中较常见,其发生会对患者康复产生不利影响。近年来的研究证据表明吸气肌训练具有一定程度的改善作用,因此本文阐述了ICU机械通气患者实施吸气肌训练的研究进展,包括吸气肌训练的意义、训练方法、影响因素,以期为国内该类患者开展吸气肌训练,促进早期康复提供借鉴。
