不同程度神经功能缺损的脑梗死患者血尿酸与预后的相关性研究

摘要
根据美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分将急性脑梗死患者分为轻度和中重度神经功能缺损两组,发病后第7天行NIHSS评分,第1个月和第3个月行改良RANKIN量表(mRS)评分,检测发病24 h内和发病后第7天的血尿酸(SUA)浓度,分析SUA与神经功能评分的相关性。55例轻度神经功能缺损患者的SUA浓度无明显变化,SUA浓度与评分均无关;65例中重度神经功能缺损患者的SUA浓度显著降低,且SUA变化值与第7天NIHSS和第1个月mRS有关,Logistic回归显示SUA变化值是第1个月预后不良的危险因素。
