结肠传输功能的评价及治疗进展

摘要：

近年来结肠传输障碍所致疾病越来越多,准确评价结肠传输功能并对其进行有效治疗受到广泛重视。在评价方法方面,放射性核素显像和智能胶囊内镜检查显示出独特的优越性。在治疗方法方面,氯化物通道激活剂、经皮电刺激和骶神经刺激及向盆底痉挛综合征患者的括约肌内注射肉毒素A等治疗方法均取得较好疗效。
