国外人类增强伦理研究的综述

摘要：

在新兴技术背景下,人类利用技术手段直接增强自身能力的愿望日益得以实现。因而,近年来,人类增强成为应用伦理学的一个热门话题,国外学者积极投入了研究。本文从伦理学的视角加以梳理,对国外关于人类增强的研究文献进行综述,尤其较为详细地介绍了基于纳米技术的人类增强的研究状况,为我国学者较为全面地了解和把握国外学界研究人类增强的基本情况、并积极参与这一国际热点的研究提供参考和启发。
