<正>一、前言胃癌是常见的消化道肿瘤之一,严重威胁人类的生命健康。近数十年来,随着人们生活条件的改善、良好饮食习惯的形成、幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori,Hp）的根除等因素,胃癌发病率总体有所下降,但其发病率在全球仍高居男性肿瘤第四位,死亡率位居第三位,男性发病率为女性的2倍[1-2]。我国是胃癌高发国家,根据2015年中国癌症数据报
