<正>众所周知,由于孕期母体营养不良、子宫-胎盘供血不足或营养物质通过胎盘受限等原因引起胎儿宫内生长受限(fetal growth restriction,FGR)或宫内发育迟缓(intrauterinegrowth restriction,IUGR),导致患儿低出生体重(low birhweight,LBW),LBW成为围产儿发病和死亡的主要危险因素
