<正>基质金属蛋白酶（matrix metalloproteinase,MMPs）是一组在结构上具有极大同源性、能降解细胞外基质蛋白的内肽酶的总称,因为含有金属离子锌、钙而得名[1]。包括膜型的MMP在内,该家族迄今已发现20余个成员,根据其发现顺序可分为MMP-1MMP-19,按其作用底物和结构不同又可分为5类:胶原酶类（MMP-1、MMP-8、MMP-13）,明胶酶类（MMP-2、MMP-9）,基质分解素类(MMP-3、
