动物慢性脑缺血模型的研究现状

摘要
慢性脑缺血主要由于全脑血流供应减少,从而发生脑组织不同程度病理损害,出现记忆力下降等一系列症状,引起学者广泛关注。对慢性脑缺血病理机制及损伤后修复的研究更是当今神经科学研究的热点之一。本文通过对近年来国内外研究进行总结,就其模型制作、评价方法及常见问题予以综述,为慢性脑缺血的进一步研究提供参考资料。
