<正>肺炎支原体是小儿社区获得性呼吸道感染的重要病原,与反复呼吸道感染、慢性咳嗽、哮喘发作关系密切,婴幼儿和学龄前儿童感染率增加,呈现低年龄化。婴幼儿感染肺炎支原体起病急,喘息、气促等呼吸道症状明显;年长儿起病
